Motherhood is chaotic. Working moms, I think we all will agree with this. Once you think about all the things you have to do – between keeping up with the home, deliverables at work, childcare, and extracurricular activities for kids – it just can all get so overwhelming.

It doesn’t have to be as chaotic as it seems – with some time management tools and a practice of mindfulness, we can find joy in the everyday mess of life, and find calm in the chaos we experience every day.

    Hi Julie!

I love your blog and omgosh this resource list is exceptional! You have made some really wonderful posts! I love your emphasis on slowing down and being mindful – such a good message, one that we can all benefit from doing on a daily basis.

I recently launched a website that makes finding gifts for children easy (www.happylittletadpole.com) and I thought I’d reach out to you on here in hopes of connecting and seeing if you might be interested in doing some cross promotion! I am currently building a directory page for related websites that my readers can find other great sites through mine. Please shoot me an email back if you are interested in swapping backlinks and maybe even more ways that we can connect! Perhaps in the future, I can share a feature on you!

    Best,
    Sarah from Happy Little Tadpole

I love all of these. I practice some of these – learning to turn traffic into “calm time” was a game changer, even though I don’t really sit in much traffic any more. I also did a stress free morning post – it is VITAL for me to start my morning off calmly!

Time management is my struggle. I feel like if I could be more organized I’d be more productive and have more time to play with my daughter.
