As a military family, I’m always curious to see what others are doing to recognize Veterans Day. My son is just getting to the age where he can start understanding what it means that Daddy is in the military, and I think it helps to do activities to help in learning. I collected a list of these fun Veteran’s Day crafts and activities you can do with your children too.

I really like this idea from Homebound but Hopeful to craft a card saluting our heroes after reading a story.
Try this cute soldier craft I saw on Pinterest. Making and decorating a soldier is a great way to talk about our veterans.
