It can be said that raising a child is the hardest job of all. The ups and downs that go into educating and caring for your offspring are as challenging as they are rewarding. In this article, we hope to outline some points on how the efforts of being a working woman, a mother, and a romantic partner can be balanced into one wholesome experience.

Raising a child of your own presents a significant challenge that can only be understood if experienced firsthand. In the modern world, moms often have to face balancing their motherhood with a job, as well as with a romantic relationship. Juggling all three requires commitment, sacrifice, and passion. We would like to give you a few pointers that may inspire you to make most of your experience as a working mother.

If you are a working woman or housewife, you will most likely have come to experience moments when all your responsibilities came crashing in on you. Picking up your kids, preparing their meals, job issues, and relationships can tug and pull to the point where there is not much left to give.

What may be inspiring is that you are not alone in overcoming your challenges. Statistics show that the percentage of mothers in the workforce has doubled over the last 35 years. The notion that a mother has to stay at home is getting eradicated, and rightly so. A woman who is raising children, and wants to still be active career-wise should be celebrated. However, to achieve this and continue to be sane and have the energy to give, you need to set your priorities.

The main notion that working mothers face is that they are tied to their responsibilities, and that is the end-all to their interests. What is a working woman to do when faced with such a paralyzing thought? It is of utmost importance to recognize that working mothers can do everything that they would like to. However, just not all at one time.

As a working mother, you need to give yourself permission to breathe and have some me-time. This requires a good skill when it comes to setting priorities. At least one day a week should be ritually set to be only for you. If you can afford, get a babysitter and give yourself some time to relax and enjoy your hobbies, hustle, or date. If you happen to be a single mother who is still looking for romantic love, give the best dating sites 2020 a look. You might just get lucky!

Can a Working Woman Be a Good Mother?

Absolutely, and we would even dare to say that a working woman has advantages, by juggling motherhood and a job. Being a mother, you have what is likely the strongest motivating force to propel you. To raise and feed a child is a sacred and worthy endeavor that can give you continuous strength.

It is just about keeping your priorities right by allowing yourself some time to take for yourself. When it comes to working women and pregnancy, you are eligible for maternity leave, and you should proudly use it. Know that women in the 20th century are true heroes that can achieve what they set out to do career-wise. There is even a term for the growing demographic of “mompreneurs” – mothers who successfully manage to have a business and balance it with their family duties.

5 tips balance Work, Relationship, Motherhood

Tips on How to Balance Work, Motherhood, and Your Relationship

  •  Release Guilt

Instead of dwelling upon the fact that you can not be with your kid, try to concentrate on how your career role is benefitting your family.

  • Get Great Childcare

Ask your friends and family of the best daycare centers and nannies they know of. Whenever you and your significant other need some quality time, call in a babysitter and enjoy your evening.

  • Relieve Morning Stress

Preparing food and clothes in the evenings will make mornings much snappier. You will save time and nerves, not having to speed about!

  • Stay Connected Online

If you have a hard time being away from your family, create a family chat group, and engage often. Sending cute pics to each other will have you closer with your loved ones throughout the day and ease the time in which you can’t be near.

  • Quality Family Time

Every week you should prioritize creating good new memories with your kids and significant other. Even simple things as going for a walk in the forest together can be enough; it is the intention that counts. This will increase the bonds you share and forge beautiful new memories that will make the coming work week easier.

We hope to have inspired you to reach for all the dreams you might have put aside. Being a mother does not cancel any of your visions, the time just has to be delegated smartly, and that is possible with a little smart planning here and there.
