Class room courses are beneficial if you like to ask questions to the teacher and find it easier to study away from your home environment. 

Extra Curricular Activities 

Taking on additional work at the school you currently work for shows you are willing to go the extra mile and are prioritizing your career as well as helping students. Extra curricular activities could include anything from running a new maths club to running a sports team which the children can sign up for. If you don’t have the time to run a club full-time, you could try and find a teacher who is willing to split the running of a new club.
