Being a new Mom is hard, no doubt about it. I’m constantly trying to balance everything – work, family, and personal hobbies – and continue to find my happy every day. It is too easy to get caught up in all the stress and find yourself in a very grumpy mood.
I was provided a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
I welcomed the opportunity to read 25 Days to a Happier Home and see how I can apply the ideas in my own life. What I really liked was each day has a simple change you can make – whether to write a sweet note to a loved one or to practice saying “yes” more. I especially like the suggestion to make new family traditions.
This book contains 25 suggestions to support a happier lifestyle, improve our moods, and strengthen our relationships with our family and loved ones. After all, isn’t perception and attitude a key to happiness?
This book does have a spiritual slant, so it may not be everyone’s cuppa, but I still think the ideas presented are worth the read and we can all find something to take away from this book.
