Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Sleep

Posted November 28, 2017 by Julie in Health / 0 Comments

I saw this nifty infographic and wanted to share it. I talk about sleep, or lack thereof, from time to time. Isn’t that something we parents miss? I think it is curious that men actually sleep less than women. That’s not true in my house. My husband needs to sleep way more than me to even function. LOL

Personally, I think they need to do this study specifically on parents. I want to know when the last time I got 7.5 hours of sleep at night was. I definitely agree with their item that mothers get less restful sleep. I definitely wake first from baby cries. I don’t think I sleep deep anymore now that I’m a mom.

Anyway, some fun facts. Check them out and let me know if anything surprised you.
